suka duka o&g posting

week by week....im already in 7th week of O&G posting.... actually O&g is a nightmare to all medical students in terms of daily activites, even though we r all consider pass until proven otherwise...and the maagic number in o&g is 10..why? all about ten... 10 case write up, 10 delivered the baby....10 episotomy..10 this..10 that...bla..bla...
i do like 0&g coz im dealing with woman problems...coz i also have that problem...hahhah....actually help me get to know better about myself... physiologilly, psychologically, physically and mentally.....

the most touchable moment was when i saw a mother... try very hard, with a full efforts, grabbed strong enough my hand....try to give birth her baby.....ya Allah.... the first think that come cross into my mind at that time was my UMMI... and each time i had oppurtinity to conduct the deliver ( most of the time just be an assistant, berebut dgn student nurse).. i will call or msg ummi.....

one thing that i hate the most is its hygiene la.... dealing with blood, liquor, fresh placenta, urine sometimes feaces.....erm... has to think twice weither wanna go further in O&G field or not.....haha....

3 more weeks to go before end posting exam....now, bz with my colleuges filling up the log book.....just ask any signature from houseman...hahha... but... alot of things do not cover yet.... i donno why my brain is getting lembap day by day.... got problem with my short term memory.... and im the one who have atypical presentation of depression... the more depress i become..the more food and sleep i would take....hahha....erm....need to complete my case write up and prepare for short case tomorrow.....

ok for myself....chayok2....not genius, not workholic but SAFE doctor .. going to be.....
before O&G : aim for 7 children delivered vaginally...
after o&g : aim only 3 children through c-section...
hahha....
